I am Canadian and it is just too bad that we don’t have great couponing opportunities like in the U.S. I know of only one store in my province that allows coupong stacking and their prices are pretty high as it is so you don’t end up saving much. RCSS used to have events such as “double the coupon” but not anymore. Too bad. Single Moms such as myself who are low-income could really use this type of deal.
